Our Philosophy

At Eclipse Volleyball Club, we believe volleyball is about more than competition—it's about building confident, resilient, and compassionate young women in a positive, family-centered environment.

Our mission is to inspire a lifelong love for the game by teaching strong fundamentals, encouraging continuous growth, and helping every athlete develop confidence both on and off the court. We believe every player deserves the opportunity to learn, improve, and feel valued, regardless of their experience level.

As a community-focused club, we are committed to keeping volleyball accessible and affordable for families. We understand the financial commitment that club sports can require, which is why we strive to provide a high-quality volleyball experience at a reasonable cost. Our goal is to remove barriers so more young athletes have the chance to play, grow, and compete.

We also believe that family time matters. Eclipse Volleyball Club focuses primarily on local tournaments, allowing our athletes to compete, develop, and enjoy the club experience without the constant expense and travel of a national schedule. Each season includes one larger tournament, giving players the excitement of a bigger competitive experience while maintaining a healthy balance for families.

Above all, we value respect, teamwork, integrity, accountability, and community. We celebrate effort, encourage one another through challenges, and recognize that success is measured not only by wins and losses but by the growth of every athlete as a player, teammate, leader, and person.
