26/27Tryouts

This registration information is for the 2026/2027 volleyball season.

Tryouts will be held at Pinnacle Athletic Center in Victor 7600 Pinnacle Dr Victor, NY 14564. Note season practices will be at Hilton Central Schools. 

Tryout dates are September 13th, 2026 and September 27th ,2026 for ages (12-18) 

*Ages 12,13,14,15 will be from 9:00AM-11:00AM 

*Ages 16,17 &18 will be from 12:00PM-2:00PM

There are a few steps and prerequisites for trying out, which will all be outlined below. All players wishing to try out need to follow all of these steps. No exceptions.

1. Please start by filling out the Eclipse Volleyball Club Registration Form. We're asking for some basic information for all players and parents to help us prepare for tryouts and also manage league communications.
   
   Here is a link to the USA Volleyball age classifications for this season to help determine which age group the player is allowed to play in, You will need this in the registration process.
   
   

2. After you've signed up for tryouts you will need a WEVA registration. It's required even for tryouts.  There is a free membership available for tryouts but eventually all players will need a paid membership. 3. All players must submit a WEVA medical release form at the first tryout session. This form needs to be filled out and signed by both players and parents and turned it at the first tryout session.

4. Players can pay via Cash, Check, Venmo (Kristyn-Sengillo). We now offer Credit Cards ( Note Square has a 3.75% processing fee). If paying by Credit Card, Please give me a call! (585) 831-9977. Pre-registration before August 1st is $40 Tryout fee, after August 1st tryouts are a flat $50 for all players.
