Teamwork: We support and uplift one another, recognizing that success comes from collaboration and communication on and off the court.
Respect: We treat teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials with respect and fairness.
Dedication: We commit to our practice and games, striving to improve our skills and contribute to the team's success.
Playing time: We are a developmental program, but understand that attitude, effort and attendance will affect playing time.
Growth: We embrace challenges and learn from our experiences, both as players and individuals, continuously seeking to better ourselves.
Responsibility: We take accountability for our actions, both as individuals and as a team, understanding our role in achieving our goals.
Phone Policy: We understand that phones are important to the girls, but practice and game time is when we expect their full attention. Phones are to be silent and away while they are at volleyball.
Support and Encouragement: Parents are encouraged to support their child and the team, fostering a positive environment during practices and games. Encourage your children to talk to their coach first when there are questions, concerns, or things that they are upset about in regards to the team.
Respect for Coaches: Parents should respect the coaching staff and their decisions. Communication about concerns should occur privately and at appropriate times. Let coaches coach.
Attendance and Punctuality: Ensure that players arrive on time for practices and games. Notify coaches in advance if a player will be absent. If you’re early
you’re on time and if you're on time you're late.
Encourage Independence: Allow players to communicate their needs and experiences with coaches, fostering independence and self-advocacy.
Limit Distractions: During games, parents should minimize distractions.
24 Hour Rule: We ask that you to wait 24 hours before asking questions or raising concerns about things like playing time.
